This Wednesday I am joined on my Live Instagram by Ryan Litchfield @ryan_litch93 . Ryan is an up and coming #autisticadvocate and presenter. As an autism, disability and health self-advocate he provides direct support to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Ryan shared that when he was little he struggled with communication and went through many therapeutic programs. Ryan and I will be doing a live Instagram tomorrow to chat about his journey. I invite you to join us and ask questions.
